What's New with KII?
-Long time Lead Vocalist Emmy Garcia will be taking some time off from the group. We hope to have her back on stage very soon. (12/1/01)

Our drummer Romeo Valero has decided to move on.
Romeo was a key player in getting KII where it is today and the group will always be greatful.
Romeo was the last original member of Kalayaan dating back 20+ years. The Kalayaan members wish him good luck on his new path.He will be missed! 9/25/02

The Great Drummer Search is over! Kalayaan is proud to welcome Adam.
Adam is a seasoned musician with real versatility. His ability to stay in the pocket of every song no matter the style,(Blues, Rock, Funk, Disco, Soul and Jazz)is key and we are lucky to have him!
